First things first — a quick reminder on transaction fees.

Our current Transaction Fee Schedule is attached and is always available at www.roginews.com along with other FAQs.

A couple key notes:

• Transaction and compliance fees are always collected and based on the sales price, regardless of commission charged or even if commission is waived due to an investment purchase, etc. AND this is NOT the same as broker admin. fee which is paid by the client. (see attached)
• The Compliance Fee is waived for any transaction involving an agent’s primary residence. (This does not apply to investment properties.)
